Tempranillo
Wine of Spain
Tempranillo vines are planted on clay-limestone and sandy soils, from large karst and chalk trays. The vineyards are planted near Castile, near Madrid, at an average altitude of 400m, where conditions are cooler at night. The vineyard enjoys warm sunshine and very little rainfall, which allows the grapes to develop without disease pressure to optimum ripeness.
Tasting Notes
